Bartłomiej Solarz
I run a law firm operating primarily in Kraków and Warsaw. Since 2014, I have been a
member of the Kraków Bar Association. I represent clients before common and administrative
courts, as well as before state and local government authorities at every stage of proceedings.
I also assist with debt recovery, including enforcement proceedings.
I am a licensed restructuring advisor. I teach university students and conduct trainings, including on personal data protection. I am the author of legal publications and fluent in English, German, and Russian.
Offer
As part of my practice, together with my team, we take on unusual and non-standard cases if
we see a chance of success. We have experience in handling mass and time-sensitive
assignments, using specially developed IT tools.

Civil and commercial matters
In my practice, I handle cases in the field of civil and commercial law, including ongoing
corporate legal services. I specialize in litigation and advise on company transformations and
restructurings.
Among other things, I handle cases concerning: debt collection, warranty claims, annulment of resolutions adopted by companies and housing communities, dissolution of co-ownership, compensation claims against public and private entities, and cases related to real estate and inheritance. I also have experience working with housing cooperatives.

Restructuring and bankruptcy cases
I represent clients in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, both creditors and individuals
seeking a declaration of bankruptcy (including consumer bankruptcy).
I assist in preparing the
necessary documentation and applications. My license as a restructuring advisor and my
experience in working with other restructuring specialists make it easier to handle such cases.

Administrative
matters
I draft pleadings in administrative proceedings, complaints to administrative courts, and cassation appeals.
I provide support throughout the course of proceedings, constantly monitoring their progress.
I have experience in preparing complaints and cassation appeals to the Supreme
Administrative Court, including in matters of annulment of local law acts, such as local
zoning plans.
