Information Clause on the Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, I hereby inform you that:

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of performing a contract or taking action prior to entering into a contract (the legal basis is processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). After pre-contractual actions or the completion of legal services, the legal basis for processing your data will be a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in connection with Article 16c(1)(2)(c) of the Law on the Bar).
  3. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the legal services provided and then, in accordance with Article 16c(1)(2)(c) of the Law on the Bar, for 10 years from the end of the year in which the proceedings, during which the data was collected, concluded.
  4. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Some of these rights may not apply in certain situations.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
  6. Data may be shared with entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller (e.g., IT service providers, legal service providers, postal service providers) and with relevant entities such as administrative authorities and courts.
  7. In the case of performing a contract or taking actions prior to entering into a contract, providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the contract’s performance.
  8. Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
